SPAGHETTI crab, santa barbara sea urchin, basil

SPIGOLA NERA Local black bass, roasted eggplant, fava, mostarda, grilled garlic scapes

SPADA grilled swordfish, almond milk panelle, dressed cucumber, cherry agrodolce, caperberries
